Housing Rules (Highlights):
- Cleaning: No shoes indoors. Garbage must be disposed of daily. Wash dishes after each use, and leave kitchen and bathrooms clean. Showers should be limited to 15 minutes in the morning. Consumables (toilet paper, soap, shampoo) are tenant responsibility. Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in a CAD 100 professional cleaning fee deducted from deposits.
- Noise & Electronics: Keep volumes low, especially after 11 PM.
- Guests: Visitors welcome for socializing but must leave by 11 PM. Unauthorized overnight stays incur CAD 250 per night. Overnight approval is only possible in writing for close family or under exceptional circumstances, with roommate consent.
- Smoking: Prohibited in all areas of the building, including balconies. Smoking is only permitted 9 meters from entrances.
- Parties: Loud parties are not permitted.
- Internet Use: WiFi is for personal use only. Illegal downloading/streaming is a breach of lease and may lead to eviction.
