5.1 Cancellation/modification of the reservation at the Flexible rate -
5.1.1 For bookings with Flexible rates, the time limit for free booking cancellation shall depend on the total duration of the stay initially booked. Cancellation is free of charge: (The times indicated correspond to the local time zone of the Aparthotel).
For any stay between 1 and 2 nights: Until the day before arrival, 11:59 p.m. (Aparthotel local time)
For any stay between 3 and 7 nights: Until two (2) days before arrival, 11:59 p.m. (Aparthotel local time)
For any stay of 8 nights or more: Until three (3) days before arrival, 11:59 p.m. (Aparthotel local time)
Bookings with Non-Flexible rates (including but not limited to: “Prepaid”, “Early” or “Weekend” rates and current promotional offers) are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
For these stays, the following specific conditions apply:
Prepayment of the full cost of the stay: All bookings must be made with payment covering the total price of the stay. Otherwise, the booking will not be guaranteed.
Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-changeable offers: Due to the preferential rate offered by ADAGIO, bookings of offers and/or stays of this nature cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or changed. No requests for changes or cancellation shall be considered.
