For bookings on Flexible rates, the deadline for a free cancellation of the booking depends on the total duration of the stay originally booked. Cancellation is free of charge: (The times indicated correspond to the local time zone of the Aparthotel).

• For any stay between 1 and 2 nights: until the day before arrival, 11:59 p.m. (local time of the Aparthotel)
• For stays between 3 and 7 nights: up to two (2) days before arrival, 11:59 p.m. (local time of the Aparthotel)
• For stays of 8 nights or more: up to three (3) days before arrival, 11:59 p.m. (local time of the Aparthotel)

Beyond these deadlines and in the event of a no-show by the occupant on the day of arrival, ADAGIO reserves the right, unless specific local regulations apply, to apply the following cancellation fees:

• 1 night will be charged at the booked rate, for any stay between 1 and 2 nights
• 2 nights will be charged at the booked rate, for any stay between 3 and 7 nights
• Non-refund of accommodation deposit paid for stays of more than 8 nights or more.

With regard to the ancillary services selected at the time of booking: any cancellation made beyond the above-mentioned deadlines will not be taken into account by ADAGIO. The amount of the reserved ancillary services will remain payable in full.

Specific rules: for some Aparthotels, the cancellation conditions for Flexible rates are aligned for all lengths of stay.

• Cancellation free of charge up to two (2) days before arrival, 11:59 p.m. (local time of the Aparthotel)
• Beyond these deadlines and in the event of a no-show by the occupant on the day of arrival, ADAGIO reserves the right, unless specifically permitted by local regulations, to apply the following cancellation fees: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
• As with all reservations, the cancellation policy is indicated at the time of booking and on the confirmation sent to the customer.
