In case of cancellation before the start of your stay, half a month's rent for a rental of more than 2 months or half the total rent for a rental of less than 2 months, as well as agency fees, are non-refundable.

You have the option to purchase, at the time of your booking, cancellation and interruption insurance covering unforeseen situations (ex : illness, accident, visa denia). This covers:

1.In case of cancellation before your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts paid at the time of booking.

2.In case of interruption during your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts already paid for the remainder of your stay, and you will have nothing more to pay.
