In case of cancellation before the start of your stay, half a month's rent for a rental of more than 2 months or half the total rent for a rental of less than 2 months, as well as agency fees, are non-refundable.

You have the option to purchase, at the time of your booking, cancellation and interruption insurance covering unforeseen situations (ex : illness, accident, visa denial…). This covers:

- In case of cancellation before your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts paid at the time of booking.

- In case of interruption during your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts already paid for the remainder of your stay, and you will have nothing more to pay.If the cancellation occurs after the rental contract has been signed, unfortunately, the agency fees and the deposit cannot be refunded.
