Cancellation of reservation/booking prior to the start of the lease period leads to forfeiture of all fees paid.

All paid fees for this booking are non-refundable. 

Modification for this booking must be made within 48 hours (Singapore time) from the time of confirmation.

Fees may apply for any modification should it be beyond 48 hours after booking.
