Property Supplier work on a 5 day "cooling off" period. This means that should you need to, you can cancel your booking within 5 days of signing your tenancy agreement, as long as you have not yet moved in.

You can also transfer your obligations to someone else if you find a replacement tenant who's eligible to live in the property. Property Supplier will need to run some checks to confirm their eligibility, but once everything's in order, they'll take over the tenancy agreement.
