- Cleaning: No shoes indoors. Garbage must be disposed of daily. Dishes should be washed immediately after use, and all shared spaces, including bathrooms, must be left clean. Showers limited to 15 minutes during mornings.
- Noise & Electronics: Respectful noise levels are required at all times, particularly after 11 PM.
- Guests: Social guests welcome but must leave by 11 PM. Unauthorized overnight stays incur CAD 250 per night. Overnight guest approval may be granted for family under exceptional circumstances, with prior roommate consent.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the building and surrounding areas, including balconies. Smoking must take place at least 9 meters from the entrance.
- Internet Use: Complimentary WiFi is for personal use only. Illegal downloading or streaming of pirated content is forbidden and may lead to eviction.
